It's been a while since the last Terminator (1984) costume thread, but a dedicated fan recently put together some great research on accurately replicating the T-800's look and here's what he came up with. For the boots, the actual boots were black triple-strap harness boots, but the exact model appears to be the 11-inch harness boots from Durango with a distinct stitched panel on the front, matching the ones seen in the film. As for the pants, he found them to actually be olive green, contrary to popular belief, that the pants aren't coyote brown or khaki. They feature four pockets (two on the legs, two in the front), with patch-style front pockets that align with the belt loops. The jackets hmm...the Bates Highwayman from 1984, with a Museum Replicas version available online. The gray M65 jacket, however, doesn't seem to have a current supplier. The gargoyle glasses are already well known and documented. More updates will come as the build progresses. Big credit to the original researcher for putting all this together.
