always wanted to put together a batman 1989 costume since keaton's version blew me away as a kid finally got all the pieces together and thought i'd share the details cowl emblem and belt are from tigestone fx gloves from nitestar collectables rubber muscles legs and cape from superhero concepts and i modded nike air trainer 3s for the boots anyone else here into building batman suits curious what pieces others are using
 
1989 batman wsa the best for me. And Nike air trainer 3? Boy you are blessed. I can only imagine how great that turned out. Wish u had photos to share. lol

That's an awesome build! For those interested,some common components are a latex or urethane cowl,foam latex chest pieces,and modified Nike Air Trainer 3s used for the boots. Emblems are typicaly made from resin or foam,while the cape is usually crafted from latex-backed fabric or faux leather. Great job
 
Awesome work! Really like the blend of Tigetstone, Nitestar, and Superhero themes. Those modded Nike boots are a nice addition

Have you thought about using foam for the belt or adding some details to the undersuit? I'd love to hear more about that
