Creating a "historically" accurate Tusken costume

My best friend and I went as two Jawas last year for Halloween and it was so fun. Of course... I had to make my own and do some alterations to hers because hers is quite I don't know flimsy or lacking detail because it was just bought from Amazon. For this year I want to go as a Tusken Raider, and I guess watching lots of reviews on YouTube and having a thorough background in paleontology and other artifacts preservation, I got to know and distinguish between textile and what to use. I made one from scratch so, if you are waiting for a sign to do yours, this is it. I will upload a photo once I already finish the costume. It's still going to take long considering the workload I have at my 9 to 5.

it's cool that you've got the background in paleontology and artifact preservation because that could really make your outfit stand out with authentic details, from my experience tackling diy projects like this the key is layering fabrics and textures to mimic the rugged desert look also adding small weathered accessories can really sell the tribal vibe can't wait to see the final piece once you share it, your attention to detail should make it look legit.

That sounds awesome! Making your own Jawa last year and tweaking your friend's shows your dedication, and going for a Tusken Raider this year with your background in textiles and artifacts will make it even more authentic. Totally get how busy life gets with a 9-5, but cant wait to see your finished costume when youre done, definitely the perfect sign to start your own DIY project!
